      • Items are returned within 30 days of delivery.
      • Items are in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.
      • Items are accompanied by the original packaging and any included accessories.

    • Upon approval, customers will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
    • Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  3. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Customized or personalized items.
    • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.
    • Clearance or final sale items.
  4. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item received was damaged or incorrect.
  5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

    • If customers receive a damaged or incorrect item, they must contact us within 15 days of delivery.
    • We may request photo evidence of the damage or incorrect item.
    • We will provide a prepaid return label for the return of damaged or incorrect items.
    • Customers may choose between a replacement item or a full refund for damaged or incorrect items.
